The “heart” of any furnace is its heating element. We provide world-class Kanthal and Sandvik heating elements, designed with specific inner structures to maximize heat transfer while minimizing electricity draw.

Optimized Surface Area: Our elements, including Fibrothal and custom-designed coils, are structured to provide a high surface-to-volume ratio. This allows the element to reach the desired temperature faster and radiate heat more effectively.
Precision Geometry: We manufacture heating elements in various shapes, such as Groove Bricks and specialized coils, which are engineered to ensure uniform heat distribution. This prevents "hot spots" and reduces the energy needed to maintain a stable internal temperature.
In-House Engineering: Because we have an in-house facility for designing and supplying these elements, we can customize the wire gauge and coil density to match your specific furnace load perfectly.
